General Information for Presenters

Oral and poster presentations must be given in English.

We kindly ask all presenters to respect the allocated time to allow enough time for discussion and to avoid any delay in the different sessions.

Keynote lectures (35 min): 30 minutes presentation + 5 questions

Oral contributions (15 min): 12 minutes presentation + 3 questions

Flash presentations (3 min): 3 minutes presentation, without questions

Poster presentations: please prepare your poster on a A0 format. Clips and supports for posters will be provided on site.
