Procedure for registration

1. To register to the conference you will need a Sciencesconf.org account. If you do not have one, please refer to the following address to create your account in a few steps: https://jcc2024.sciencesconf.org/user/createaccount

2. Once your account is created, please go back to the conference website (jcc2024.sciencesconf.org) and log in. The Login button is on the top right hand corner. Enter your username and password, then validate. You will subsequently redirected to your personal page where you will be able to register to the conference by clicking the My Registration button in the My Space section. Fill in the form and submit your registration.

3. For organizational reasons, the number of participants will be limited to 150 people.

Scholarships

1. The Division de Chimie de Coordination (DCC) and the Regional Alsace section of the SCF will awards a number of scholarships to their young members (Master, PhD students and post-docs) to cover the registration fee to participate to the conference. For more information on how to apply, please visit the following websites:

* 8 scholarships awarded by the DCC-SCF. Apply here: link

* 5 scholarships awarded by the SCF - Alsace section: link  (Deadline for requesting the scholarship: November 1st 2023)

2. The Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Strasbourg will contribute to the registration fees of 10 Unistra PhD students. Selection is made on a "first come, first served" basis. For choosing this scholarship option, please select the special discount rate during registration step.

3. The Division of Inorganic Chemistry of the SCI provides 10 grants that will cover the registration fee. These scholarships are reserved to young researchers (assegnisti, borsisti, PhD students, undergraduate students) who are members of the Division of Inorganic Chemistry (SCI), and interested in presenting a scientific contribution to the congress.

Registration fees

The registration includes:

• Participation to the conference
• Conference material
• Lunches (Wednesday 24^th and Thursday 25^th) at the "Restaurant 32"
• Coffee breaks
• Poster sessions and cocktail buffets

All rates are VAT free.

Payment of the registration fees can be made by using one of the following methods:

Registration confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be sent by email upon receipt of payment or original purchase order form.

If a pro forma invoice is needed to issue your purchase order, please contact jcc2024@sciencesconf.org and Vincent César, treasurer of the DCC-SCF (vincent.cesar@lcc-toulouse.fr).

Cancellation policy 

 For any registration cancellation request, the following fees will apply:

* 50% of the registration fees for any cancellation received by November 15th, 2023.

* no refund after November 15th, 2023.
